October 20, 2005 - Little Angels
I have only been in two physical fights in my life.
One "fight" happened in high school when I punched Grant Warwick in the side of the head while he was
picking on my friend Greg Girrard. All three of us were shocked by this, and after blankly staring at
each other for a few moments, we went our separate ways.
The other fight was with Bobby White. It was a vicious battle of punching, kicking, swearing and
wrestling. Our clothes were ripped and filthy and we both ended up with black eyes, cuts, and heavy
bruises. We were in grade two, at Guardian Angels School, and were fighting in the schoolyard during
recess over who had been an altar boy the longest.
Of course, I was an altar boy the longest, and Bobby knows that to this day.
